The Transportation and Mobility Department’s Mobility Programs Manager oversees various Multimodal Mobility Programs supporting safe and comfortable travel for people of all abilities across all travel modes. The role advocates to increase walking, biking, rolling, and transit trips and reduce single occupant driving trips, helping the City meet its mobility targets. This highly collaborative position focuses on implementation of the Transportation Systems Plan, the Safety Action Plan, and other transportation related goals. The Transportation Programs Manager oversees consultant contracts, self-performs projects and programs, coordinates with others, and supervises staff assigned to multimodal mobility programs. This position reports to the Assistant City Engineer - Transportation.
