Alta is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our firm-wide Marketing Team in our Atlanta office. Day to Day
In this role, you will work with a network of marketing professionals across the company to drive strategic growth and develop our business throughout the east coast. You will report to the East Coast Marketing Principal and lead a team of marketing coordinators to manage workload and develop strategic proposals. You will also work closely with the Business Line Group Leads, and Business Development Leads to implement Alta’s strategic plan, manage business development tracking, lead go/no-go decision-making processes, track qualifications and on-calls for priority agencies, and lead production of strategic proposals.

Qualifications
Required
This position requires a combination of skills, experience and education including, but not limited to
Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, business or a related field of study.
Five (5) or more years of experience in marketing; three (3) or more years of experience in a A&E professional services firm.
General understanding of the planning and design process.
Detailed understanding of the proposal development process for private and public agencies.
Exhibits strong initiative, ability to manage competing priorities, multiple simultaneous projects involving cross-functional teams and the ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
Exhibits accuracy, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent professional ethics, accountability, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and analytic skills.
Proficient in MS 360 products and Adobe Creative Suite
Understanding enterprise-wide management tools.
Preferred
There are a number of additional skills, experience, and education that would be beneficial to this position including, but not limited to:
Master’s degree in marketing, public relations, business or a related field of study.
Experience using Deltek VantagePoint
Active participation in industry-relevant professional associations and committees.
Experience managing and mentoring staff.

Compensation
The pay range for this job in Atlanta is $70,000-$85,000 annually. Placement within the range is based upon experience, skill-sets, and qualifications.
